Freelancing should be taught in educational institution.

The numbers of freelancer are increasing day by day. Recently it has been shown in a survey that at present one freelancer is shown among the per 4 workers. Though 25 percent of work is done by the freelancing but many of them will face problem to cope with it. In spite of their skill many people fail only not massing with the system of freelancing work.

Naturally, the question will come up, is the idea should be given about freelancer in school? Many of them express their strong opinion.  Their idea is that, if they get the idea of freelancer from a priori it is easy to good in freelancer. On the other hand there is a statement too against it. Here is shown the opinions favor and against.

Good side of giving freelancer sense in school.

·         Since many years there is a use of learning typing and general computer in the develop world. However, Bangladesh is exception by this sense that typing is not taught as a subject in school text. Those who wanted to go this site they have to pay the cost individually from own. As a result the work of writing personal letter of an officer has finished by others. At present almost all employees are required the ideas of freelancer. For this reason if the school teaches about it, it will good for their part.

·         It is generally possible to get real idea about the work and business if the idea of freelancing is supply among the students in the school. Job and business are related with freelancer. Many freelancer fail after some days for the lack of knowledge about business.

·         If the school supplies the idea of freelancer a way is open for them. If they do not get job they will not jobless. In fact, at the end of the study everyone will get job it is only possible by imagine. If there is an idea about freelancer it is possible to effortlessly work.

Bad direction

·         What will be taught, who will teach it’s very hard to get decision? Freelancing can work on any issues.  In fact, if any one teaches he can teach only in a fixed subject. Contents may become a big problem.

·         Generally the students are taught so much that there is a lot of criticism. Is said that many topics are taught that may be no essential. If another issue adds with it, it may good or bad but it is very hard to tall certainly.

·         It is very hard to decide that in where stage freelancing will teach. School, college or university level, it will be difficult to fix. Many people do better from own than that in the study of organizational learning. They are example in many cases.

·         Some students will never be a freelancer. It is also a question how rational to teach them this subject compulsory.

Provisionally it's safe to say that no need to academic training but at least it should have a professional training center for freelancing. Later, at any time freelancing may be added as a subject in school or college.
