How much important the Dreamweaver for learning web design.

Dreamweaver is using from ten years ago. For the same work the same qualities other software get populous and close popularity but the popularity of Dreamweaver is increasing day by day. The professional web designer are using as a web design software tool. Then there is some opinion to using it in fever and against. Many of them speak directly against it. Why it has to do and is it showing the reality in this post.

The main characteristic of Dreamweaver is WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) pitcher.
